The DP 400 Music on Hold unit is a static devise with no moving parts this unit uses a compact flash card to play music via either MP3 or WAV files to your clients.

The music files can be either a pre recorded informative recording or music. Please remember that it is a legal requirement that if you want to play music you need to register with the APRA.

The Loud sounding alarm or LSA is designed specifically for very noisy environments so you can hear you calls coming in. This devise must be connected to an analogue line or extension off your telephone system.

The unit also needs to have a Power point somewhere nearby

The tone ringer is designed for use in noisy environments but where the addition volume of the LSA (above) is not required.
