Phone System Service Assurance Agreement
New phone system installations come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on parts.
But with a Telephone service assurance agreement this can include labour required for servicing, inspection, removal and transportation. Which a manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover!
After this period, a customer then has the opportunity to renew thier contract with Focus Voice & Data and will receive a renewal notice annualy. Customers who have not dealt with Focus Voice & Data before, or who have purchased the system from another company are also welcome to enter a service agreement with us, (after the initial service call and possibly a site audit.)
As part of a service agreement, you will receive:
- Coverage of both parts and labour
- Priority over non-service customers for any urgent work
- Most basic programming changes related to the necessary operation of your phone services
- Complete peace of mind

Why do I need a service agreement?
Most manufacturers offer at least a 1 year warranty. This is all well and good, but who pays the labour required to identify simple malfunctions from truly faulty parts, and then professionally remove, (without voiding the manufacturer's warranty), while directly dealing with the manufacturer? Unfortunately the manufacturer's warranty does not cover these services. They certainly won't pay a service company to perform this duty on your behalf. And why argue with large companies who consider you business to be an insignificant percentage of their sales.
Focus Voice & Data is a major client of telecommunication manufacturer's and is more likely to receive courteous and prompt service. As registered installers of telecommunications equipment, Focus Voice & Data can professionally inspect and remove faulty equipment without damaging anything. A service agreement covers the labour service costs on top of the manufacturers warranty for the first year. Any extended service agreement beyond this period will then continue to cover the service labour as well as the parts after the manufacturers warranty expires. If the parts are already over a year old, or where purchased through a different company, Focus Voice & Data can still provide a service agreement to cover the cost of parts and service labour.
So, why take risks when you can have a high priority premium service, with full coverage on the cost of parts and labour. Makes sense doesn't it? |
